Phase 1/2

This study is looking at a new medicine called BLU-924 (also known as SAR449336), designed to help people with certain types of cancer that have a specific change in their genes called a KRAS mutation. It focuses on advanced **Pancreatic Cancer**, **Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer**, and **Colorectal Cancer**. The study aims to see how safe the medicine is, how it behaves in the body, and if it helps fight cancer.

The study has different phases: **Dose Escalation**, **Dose Enrichment**, and **Dose Expansion**. These phases help find the right dose and check for side effects. Participants will be closely monitored for safety and how their cancer responds to the treatment.

  • **Participation Length**: The study has different phases, but the overall duration depends on individual response and progression.
  • **Visits Needed**: Multiple visits are required for monitoring and assessments.
  • **Potential Risks**: Side effects, including dose-limiting toxicities, will be assessed.

To join, participants need to have a confirmed diagnosis with specific KRAS mutations and have tried all standard treatments unless not suitable due to medical reasons. This study is not for those with recent other cancers, active brain issues, or infections like HIV.
