Join a study testing new cancer treatment for advanced tumors.

18 years and older
All
Phase 1

This study is trying to find out if a new drug, SHY-ONC6, is safe and can help adults with serious cancers that have spread or can't be treated with regular medicines. It's a Phase 1 study, which means it's the first time the drug is being tested in humans. The study happens in two parts: Phase 1a tests different doses to find the safest amount, and Phase 1b checks how well the drug works at that dose. People can join if they are 18 or older, have a cancer that has not responded to other treatments, and their health is stable enough to participate. The study will test people who have different types of cancer, like breast cancer or lung cancer. Participants will need to agree not to have other cancer treatments during the study.

  • Study Length: The study is ongoing and will have many visits to test the drug's effects.
  • Risks: Possible side effects as this is a new drug.
  • Eligibility: Must be 18+, with specific health conditions, and able to consent.
