**The LINFU® U.S. Registry for the Detection of Asymptomatic Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma** is a study aiming to detect early pancreatic cancer. It uses a special method called *LINFU®* (Low Intensity Non-Focused Ultrasound) to analyze pancreatic juice, which is a fluid from the pancreas. This method may help find cancer cells early, even before symptoms appear. LINFU® involves using ultrasound along with a contrast agent to see better and collect more cells for testing. The study focuses on people with known risk factors for pancreatic cancer, such as smoking, diabetes, or family history. Participants will undergo various diagnostic tests like EUS (Endoscopic Ultrasound), MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging), and CT (Computed Tomography). **Key Points:** - The study follows participants for up to five years, recording test results and medical history. - Participants must be between 18 and 90 years old and have risk factors for pancreatic cancer. - You can't join if you have symptoms of pancreatic cancer or are unable to undergo the required tests. Participants will need to sign an informed consent form approved by an Institutional Review Board (IRB) before joining the study.
