Phase 1/2

This study tests a new drug, INV-8989, for adults with advanced solid tumors and a specific gene change called KRAS G12D mutation. The study has two parts. Phase 1 tests the right dose and checks for side effects. Phase 2 checks if the drug works against tumors and is safe to use. People must have tumors that can't be removed or have spread (metastatic) to join.

  • This study may need multiple visits and tests over a period of time.
  • Participants must be willing to undergo a tumor biopsy or provide tumor tissue samples.
  • There may be risks like side effects, and participants need to meet specific health criteria.

To join, you need to be at least 18 years old, have a life expectancy of more than 3 months, and meet health standards. You can't join if you have certain health issues or have had specific treatments before. This study aims to find out more about the drug's effects and safety to help treat people with this specific cancer mutation.
