This study is about understanding cachexia in people with pancreatic cancer. Cachexia is a condition where the body loses weight, muscle, and strength. The study will use a method called spatial multi-omics to look at how tumors and body chemistry interact. Participants need to be at least 18 years old and have pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, a type of cancer in the pancreas. They will fill out surveys about their health, diet, and strength, have imaging tests, and give samples like blood and tissue. The study will last until participants pass away, stop being part of the study, or choose to leave.
- Key Point 1: Participants must complete questionnaires, imaging tests, and give biological samples.
- Key Point 2: Regular follow-ups will continue until death, loss to follow-up, or withdrawal.
- Key Point 3: The study aims to improve early detection of cachexia using AI models.
