Phase 1

This study tests a new treatment for advanced pancreatic cancer called sotorasib mixed with first-line chemotherapy. Pancreatic cancer is a disease where cells in the pancreas grow wildly. The trial is open to adults with a specific mutation in their cancer cells called KRAS p.G12C. The goal is to see if this treatment is safe and how the body handles it. Participants will be treated at hospitals in Spain and France. They will receive chemotherapy, either 'gemcitabine with nab-paclitaxel' or 'modified FOLFIRINOX,' along with 960 mg of sotorasib daily.

  • Participation Length: Involves an initial screening and several follow-up periods.
  • Eligibility: Only patients with advanced pancreatic cancer and a specific genetic mutation can join.
  • Risks and Monitoring: Safety is closely monitored by an independent committee.
