Phase 0

This clinical study is testing a new treatment, 177Lu-DOTA-SNA040, for patients with certain advanced cancers like gastric or pancreatic cancer. The study starts with a special scan called 68Ga-NODAGA-SNA014 PET/CT to check if the treatment could work for each patient. If the scan shows positive results, patients will receive different doses of the new treatment, starting with one cycle to check for side effects. Depending on the group, patients might get between two and six more treatment cycles.

  • The study is for people aged 18 to 75 with certain advanced cancers who already tried other treatments.
  • Participants must have healthy organs and agree to use birth control during and after the study.
  • Some people can't join, like those with severe health issues, allergies to the treatment, or if they're pregnant.

Note: This study involves tests and treatments that require hospital visits. Make sure you are comfortable with the commitment and discuss any concerns with your doctor.
