This study looks at a new tool, the RIVOS™ EUS access device, for endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) procedures. EUS is a special type of ultrasound done inside the body using a scope to help treat problems in the pancreas and nearby areas. Sometimes, doctors use tools made for other procedures because there aren't enough special tools for EUS. The RIVOS™ device has been created to make these procedures easier and safer. It has a sharp tip for getting into organs, a flexible tube for injecting contrast dye and guiding wires, and a part that helps create a fistula, which is a small passageway. The study will check how well this device works and how safe it is in real EUS procedures.
- **Study Length:** Participation will involve undergoing a standard EUS-guided procedure.
- **Eligibility:** Must be 18 or older and have a procedure using the RIVOS™ device.
- **Risks:** As with any medical procedure, there may be risks which will be explained by your doctor.
