Study Title: A Study to Evaluate INCB161734 in Participants With Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors With KRAS G12D Mutation

This study is looking at how safe and tolerable a medicine called INCB161734 is, whether used alone or with other cancer treatments. It is for people who have advanced or metastatic solid tumors with a specific mutation called KRAS G12D. This mutation is a change in the DNA that can cause cancer cells to grow.

Eligibility: To join, you must be at least 18 years old, have the KRAS G12D mutation in your tumor, and have tried other treatments that didn't work, or cannot take standard treatments. You need to be fairly active, as shown by a score of 0 or 1 on the Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status, which measures how well you can carry out daily activities. You cannot have taken any KRAS G12D inhibitors before or have other serious health issues.

  • The study involves trying a new medicine, so there are risks and benefits.
  • The study will have multiple parts; each part may have different requirements.
  • Participants might receive compensation for their time and involvement.
