This study aims to see if exercise can help people recover better from pancreatic cancer surgery, known as Whipple's procedure. This surgery is a big operation that can slow recovery and delay starting chemotherapy, which is a treatment using drugs to kill cancer cells. The study will offer a personalized exercise plan before, during, and after surgery. It includes aerobic (heart and lung) exercises and resistance (strength) training, tailored to each person's fitness level. The main goal is to find out if people can stick with this exercise plan and if it's practical. This study will help plan a larger future study.
- Participation: You'll follow an exercise plan before and after surgery until chemotherapy begins.
- Duration: The exercise plan continues from pre-surgery to the start of chemotherapy.
- Eligibility: Adults 18+ having Whipple's procedure and can consent.
