Phase 1
This study is for patients with certain types of advanced cancers. It tests a new way to see cancers inside the body using special imaging drugs, **68Ga-DFC413** and **68Ga-NNS309**. These drugs are radioactive and help doctors see tumors better. The study has two parts: the first part checks the safety and how the drug moves in the body, while the second part compares the two drugs. **Eligibility:** Adults 18+ with specific advanced cancers like pancreatic, lung, certain breast, colorectal, and soft tissue cancers can join. Participants need at least one tumor that can be measured. **Exclusions:** People with certain health issues or recent surgeries, those who are pregnant or breastfeeding, and individuals with other conditions that might affect the study are not eligible. **Key Points:** - Participants will receive a radioactive drug dose and undergo imaging. - The study may involve more than one visit for imaging purposes. - Participants must meet specific health criteria to ensure safety. This study is important to improve cancer imaging, which can help in better treatment planning.
