DM002 Study for Advanced Solid Tumors
This study is testing a new drug, called DM002, for people with advanced solid tumors, which are types of cancer. It has two parts. In Part 1, a few people try low doses of the drug to check its safety. Then, doses get higher to find the best one. In Part 2, more people take the best dose found in Part 1 to see how it affects the cancer.
DM002 is a special drug called a bispecific antibody-drug conjugate, which means it combines antibodies that can target cancer cells. It's given as an infusion, which means it's put into a vein with a needle.
Key Points:
- Participants need to visit the study center 17 or more times.
- The study has a screening phase up to 28 days and treatment cycles of 21 days.
- There are follow-up calls every 3 months after the treatment ends.
