This study is testing a new treatment for certain types of cancer like colorectal, lung, and pancreatic. The treatment uses special cells called Tmod™ CAR T-cells that are designed to attack cancer cells without harming healthy cells. The study has two parts: Phase 1 tests the best dose, and Phase 2 checks if the treatment works well and is safe.
Participants will first join another study called BASECAMP-1 to collect their T-cells, which are then stored and later used in this study. After a special preparation (called Preconditioning Lymphodepletion) to ready the body, the Tmod CAR T cells are given at a specific dose.
- Study Length: There is no time limit between the initial cell collection and starting this study.
- Participation Requirements: Multiple visits needed, including assessments and treatments.
- Eligibility: Must have specific cancer types and meet health criteria; certain other conditions may exclude participation.
