Phase 2
This study is testing a new cancer drug called **DZ-002** for adults with a specific type of pancreatic cancer (*metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma*). In this study, participants will receive the drug through an IV (a tube that goes into a vein) for 4 hours on specific days during a 4-week period, called a cycle. The study has two parts: a dose escalation part, where different doses are tested, and a dose expansion part, where the best dose is given to more people. **Key Points:** - **Duration**: Participants will receive the drug weekly in 4-week cycles until side effects are too severe, the disease worsens, or the study ends. - **Visits Needed**: Regular clinic visits are necessary for check-ups and tests, including blood tests and scans. - **Risks**: Possible side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fatigue, and low blood counts. If you fit the study criteria and agree to participate, you'll need to comply with several tests and procedures. Always discuss participation with your doctor to weigh benefits and risks.
