Phase N/A
This study is about a special online program called **COMPASS**. It is designed to help people with stage I-III pancreatic cancer improve their exercise and eating habits while they are on **neoadjuvant chemotherapy** (a type of treatment given before surgery to shrink tumors). Pancreatic cancer is rare, so there aren't many programs to help patients stay healthy during treatment. COMPASS can be accessed on a computer, tablet, or phone and provides exercise tips and diet advice, along with support to help patients stick to the program. **Key Points**: - **Study Involvement**: Participants will use the COMPASS online portal and attend two review sessions. - **Duration and Support**: The program lasts the length of chemotherapy. Participants might receive motivational texts and coaching calls. - **Eligibility**: Participants must be 18+ with stage I-III pancreatic cancer, receiving treatment at Oregon Health & Science University, and willing to follow the study rules. This study will check if people like using the program and if it helps them exercise and eat better during their treatment.
