Phase 2

This study is looking to help people with a type of pancreatic cancer that can't be removed by surgery. The study will try a new combination of treatments: **nimotuzumab**, a special protein that helps fight cancer, combined with chemotherapy (using drugs like gemcitabine or capecitabine) and **radiotherapy**, which uses high-energy rays to kill cancer cells.

Researchers want to see if this combination is safe and effective. They will measure the success by checking how well it controls the cancer after one year. The study will include 30 patients who are not able to have surgery for their cancer.

  • The study uses a mix of radiation and drug treatments that last until the disease worsens or side effects become too severe.
  • Patients will get regular infusions of nimotuzumab and take chemotherapy pills.
  • Participants should not have had previous abdominal radiotherapy or certain other medical conditions.

It's important for potential participants to consider the commitment to frequent visits and treatments, as well as possible side effects.
