Phase 3
This study looks at the safety and effectiveness of a treatment called **surufatinib** combined with **gemcitabine** and **nab-paclitaxel**. These are medicines used to treat pancreatic cancer, a disease where harmful cells form in the pancreas, part of the digestive system. The study is for people whose cancer can be removed by surgery or is close to being removed. **Gemcitabine** and **nab-paclitaxel** are already used together in treating this cancer. **Surufatinib** is a new drug being tested to see if it helps when added to the other two medicines. **Eligibility:** Participants must be between 18-75 years old, have a confirmed diagnosis of high-risk resectable or borderline resectable pancreatic cancer, and cannot have had previous surgeries or treatments for their cancer. **Key Points:** - The study compares two different medicine combinations for treating pancreatic cancer. - You must meet specific health criteria to join, like not having certain genetic mutations or past treatments. - Participating involves regular medical check-ups and treatment sessions. **Important:** Talk to your doctor to see if joining this study is right for you. Make sure you understand any risks and potential benefits.
