Phase 2

This study is looking at new ways to treat pancreatic cancer, a very serious illness. Pancreatic cancer affects the pancreas, an organ that helps digest food. Our study focuses on patients whose cancer can possibly be removed by surgery, but they have certain risk factors that make success uncertain. We will use a special combination of treatments, including medicines like irinotecan liposome, oxaliplatin, and 5-fluorouracil (a chemotherapy medicine), along with radiotherapy (using radiation to kill cancer cells) and a medicine called adabelimab to help the immune system fight cancer. The study will involve 37 patients who will receive these treatments in cycles, with four chemotherapy cycles and five radiotherapy sessions before surgery.

  • Participation involves a commitment to several treatment cycles and medical visits.
  • The study aims to test the safety and effectiveness of these treatments together.
  • Participants will receive a combination of drugs and radiotherapy, which may have side effects.
