This study is testing a new medicine called samuraciclib for people with a type of pancreatic cancer, which is a disease where cells in the pancreas grow uncontrollably. Samuraciclib is a CDK7 inhibitor, a drug that might help stop cancer cells from growing. You will take the medicine by mouth once a day for 14 days. Before starting any other treatment, you'll have a test called an endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) to check your cancer. After finishing the medicine, doctors will check on you 30 and 90 days later.
- The study lasts for about 14 days, with follow-up visits at 30 and 90 days.
- Participants must be at least 18 years old and willing to sign a consent form.
- The study is open to people who can take oral medicine and meet specific health criteria.
It's important to know that if you have certain health conditions, are pregnant, or are taking some other medicines, you might not be able to join the study. Always talk to your doctor if you are interested in participating.
