Phase 1/2

This study is about testing two drugs, **atezolizumab** and **tivozanib**, for certain types of cancer. Atezolizumab is a medicine that helps your immune system fight cancer by blocking a protein called **PD-L1** that stops the immune system from attacking cancer cells. Tivozanib is a **VEGF-TKI** (Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor), which blocks a substance called **VEGF** that helps tumors grow new blood vessels.

The study will see if using these drugs together can help treat cancers that don't usually respond well to immune therapy, like prostate or pancreatic cancer.

  • The study will involve regular check-ups and may last several months.
  • Participants must be adults (18+) and meet specific health criteria.
  • There is a possibility of side effects, so discuss risks with your doctor.

Participants need to have a type of cancer that has not responded well to other treatments and must be able to swallow capsules. They must also be willing to follow study rules, like using birth control if needed and providing tissue samples for research.
