Phase 1

This study is for kids and young adults aged 6 to 25 with specific types of brain cancer that haven't responded to regular treatment. It looks at how well a combination of **ibrutinib** (a drug that blocks a protein called BTK) and **indoximod** (a drug that blocks an enzyme called IDO) work together with chemotherapy to help the immune system fight cancer. The goal is to find the safest dose of ibrutinib when combined with these treatments.

  • This study requires several visits and careful monitoring for side effects.
  • Participants need to be able to swallow pills.
  • The study will help determine the effectiveness and safety of the treatment.

To join, you must have a certain type of brain cancer confirmed by an MRI scan, and meet other health requirements. You can't join if you have allergies to the drugs, are pregnant, or have other specific health issues. It's important to talk to your doctor to see if this study is right for you.
