Study Overview: This study is for adults who have a low platelet count (thrombocytopenia) after completing cancer treatment for gastrointestinal (digestive system) tumors. Platelets help blood clot, so having too few can cause bleeding. The study will test a drug called Romiplostim N01 and another drug called ATRA to see if they can help increase platelets.
- Study Length: 12 weeks of treatment, with a follow-up until Week 24.
- Visits: Weekly visits for the first 12 weeks, then every 2 weeks until Week 24.
- Risks and Safety: Possible side effects include bleeding, reactions to the drugs, and other health events will be monitored.
Participant Criteria: To join, participants must be 18 or older, have completed cancer treatment with no tumor signs, and have persistent low platelets. Women must have a negative pregnancy test and use birth control during the study. People with certain other health conditions can't join.
