All
Phase 1

This study tests a medicine called **IDE892** for certain advanced cancers, either alone or with another drug, **IDE397**. Some cancers lose a gene called MTAP, which this study focuses on. Adults 18+ with MTAP-deleted tumors can join if their cancer has grown after standard treatment. They must be able to give blood and tissue samples for tests and agree to follow study rules. Exclusions include recent cancer treatments, certain heart or brain issues, and specific medical conditions.

  • The study length and number of visits will vary based on individual treatment plans.
  • Participants may receive the study drug IDE892 alone or with IDE397.
  • Potential risks include side effects from the treatments and the need for regular testing and monitoring.
