Phase 1/2

Biomarker-Guided Dual-Target CAR-T Cells for Advanced Solid Tumors is a study aimed at adults with tough-to-treat cancers. In this study, doctors use a special type of treatment called 'CAR-T cell therapy' which involves using a person's own immune cells, modified to target their cancer more effectively. They choose the best match from a library of dual-target pairs based on several criteria, like how the targets are expressed in the tumor compared to normal tissues.

  • The study lasts for up to 15 years with participants followed closely for the first 24 months.
  • Participants receive a treatment called lymphodepletion before getting the CAR-T therapy.
  • This study is mostly for adults (18-75 years) whose cancers can't be cured with standard treatments.

Participants must meet certain health criteria to join, like having a specific type of tumor and being able to undergo treatment. The study aims to see if this new approach can better control tumors while being safe for patients.

Why should I take part in a clinical trial?

Participating in a clinical trial provides early access to potentially effective treatments and directly contributes to the healthcare advancements that benefit us all.

How long does a clinical trial take place?

The duration of clinical trials varies. Some trials last weeks, some years, depending on the phase and intention of the trial.

Do I get compensated for taking part in clinical trials?
