Phase N/A

Pancreatic cancer, specifically Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma (PDAC), is a tough cancer to treat because it's often diagnosed late and doesn't respond well to treatment. This study aims to create *organoids* (miniature, lab-grown versions) from small amounts of cancer tissue obtained through a procedure called **EUS-FNB** (Endoscopic Ultrasound-Fine Needle Biopsy). Organoids help doctors understand the cancer better and decide on the best treatments.

  • Participants must be over 18 and able to understand and consent to the study.
  • The study involves a minor additional biopsy during a routine procedure.
  • Participants need to be part of the French social security system.

This study helps pave the way for personalized cancer treatment by checking if these organoids match the real tumor in appearance, genetic features, and tumor markers. This could lead to better treatment options for more PDAC patients who aren't eligible for surgery. If eligible, participation involves a blood sample and one extra biopsy for research. The study is conducted in Europe, supported by French and Luxembourg research organizations.
