This study is testing a new drug called ERAS-0015 for adults with advanced or spreading solid tumors that have certain RAS gene mutations. The study will see if ERAS-0015 is safe and works well either alone or with other cancer treatments. This is the first time this drug is being tested in humans.
If you're interested in joining, you should be 18 or older, able to swallow pills, and willing to visit the clinic as needed. You cannot join if you've already been treated with a RAS inhibitor or have certain other health conditions. Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals cannot participate either.
Key Points:
- The study involves taking ERAS-0015, possibly with other cancer medicines.
- You must visit the clinic regularly for check-ups and tests.
- There might be risks, and the drug's effects are not fully known yet.
