Phase 1/2

This study is trying to find out if a new way of giving a drug called VCN-01 with common cancer medicines, gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel (GnP), is safe and works well for people with a serious type of pancreatic cancer. Pancreatic cancer is when cells in the pancreas grow uncontrollably, and stage IV means it has spread to other parts of the body. People in the study will get the VCN-01 drug three times, once every 56 days. After each VCN-01 dose, they get two rounds of the standard chemotherapy drugs.

  • This study is for adults with stage IV pancreatic cancer who haven't had treatment yet.
  • Participants will have to visit for monitoring and get medicines during the study.
  • Participants will be watched closely to ensure safety and check for side effects.

Before joining, patients need to meet certain health requirements, like having no active infections and good organ function. It's important to know that people with specific health issues or previous treatments might not be able to join. This study helps researchers understand how the new drug regimen works with the body and its potential benefits.
