Phase 3

This study is examining a new treatment for advanced pancreatic cancer. Pancreatic cancer is a severe disease that affects the pancreas, an organ that helps with digestion and blood sugar control. The study is looking at how well a drug called HRS 4642 works when combined with AG therapy (a usual treatment), compared to AG therapy alone. AG stands for a combination of two chemotherapy drugs, gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel. The study is for patients with a specific genetic change called KRAS G12D mutation, which affects how cancer grows.

To be part of this study, participants need to be between 18 and 75 years old and have a good general health status, measured by something called an ECOG score (a way to assess how everyday life is affected by the disease). Participants cannot join if they have certain other health issues or if they have recently had surgery or certain vaccinations.

Key Points:
  • Duration: Participation involves ongoing treatment and monitoring.
  • Visits: Regular medical check-ups are required.
  • Risks: Potential side effects from experimental treatment.
