**A Study to Evaluate TROP2 ADC LCB84 in Advanced Solid Tumors** This study is testing a new medicine called LCB84 for people with advanced solid tumors, which are types of cancer that have spread and don't respond to usual treatments. LCB84 is an *antibody-drug conjugate* (ADC), which means it combines an antibody (a protein that can attach to cancer cells) with a drug to kill those cells. The study will test LCB84 alone and with another medicine that helps the immune system, called an *anti-PD-1 antibody*. **Key Points:** - **Length & Visits:** The study has two phases. The first phase (Phase 1) checks how much of the medicine is safe to use. The second phase (Phase 2) uses the safe dose to see how well it works. This may involve several visits. - **Eligibility:** Participants should have advanced solid tumors that are not responding to standard treatments. Some other conditions may exclude participation. - **Risks & Compensation:** The study will monitor for *dose-limiting toxicities* (DLTs), which are side effects that might limit how much medicine can be given safely. Compensation details are not specified. Make sure to talk to your doctor to see if this study could be right for you!
