Phase N/A

The PancreasPlus study aims to help people with pancreatic cancer (a type of cancer that starts in the pancreas, an organ that helps with digestion and blood sugar control) manage their care using a special app. This app provides helpful information, allows for self-checks, and lets patients communicate with their healthcare team. The study will last for 3 months, and most tasks are done on the app.

Participants will answer questionnaires and track their health, such as symptoms and appointments, on the app. The study will see if using the app makes people feel better about their care, reduces anxiety, and keeps them out of the hospital unexpectedly. It will also check how easy the app is to use.

  • The study lasts for 3 months, mainly using the app.
  • Participants need a smartphone/tablet and basic digital skills.
  • Involves answering questions and tracking health on the app.

People aged 18 or older with pancreatic cancer can join if they can use the app and speak Italian. The study will not replace doctor visits, and privacy is carefully protected.
