Phase 2

This study in France is for patients who finished a previous trial (ATH434-201) and need ongoing treatment with the drug ATH434, which is for Multiple System Atrophy (MSA). Multiple System Atrophy (MSA) is a disease affecting the brain, similar to Parkinson's, causing problems with movement and balance. The study is called "open-label," which means both doctors and patients know what treatment is being given. Patients will take ATH434 by mouth twice daily (BID) with food. The initial treatment lasts 12 months, and may continue longer if the doctor thinks it's beneficial and safe. Patients will have both in-clinic and remote visits to check their health and treatment effects.

  • Study lasts up to 12 months, with possible extension.
  • Participants take ATH434 twice daily with food.
  • Regular health checks are required, both in-person and remotely.
