Parkinson's disease can make talking difficult. This study looks at how well a special speech therapy called Lee Silverman Voice Therapy-LOUD (LSVT-LOUD) works for people who speak Turkish. This therapy helps improve loudness and clarity when speaking. Patients will attend therapy sessions four times a week for four weeks. Each session is 60 minutes long. The therapy uses exercises to make the voice louder and clearer. This involves vowel sounds, pitch range (high and low tones), and speaking tasks that get more complex. Patients also practice at home to help them speak better in daily life.
**Key Points:**
- **Duration:** 4 weeks with 4 sessions each week.
- **Language:** Conducted in Turkish for native speakers.
- **Eligibility:** Ages 40-80, confirmed Parkinson's diagnosis, stable medication, and speech issues.
