A Study of BMS-986504 for Advanced Tumors This research is for people with advanced or spreading cancers missing a specific gene called MTAP. BMS-986504 is the medicine being tested, alone and with other cancer drugs. The study checks if it's safe, how the body handles it, and if it helps fight cancer. There are two parts: one testing BMS-986504 alone, and another with other drugs. More groups might join as we learn more. Eligibility: You must have cancer with MTAP gene deletion, tried other treatments, or be new to treatment. You need a measurable tumor, good blood clotting, and be physically active. You can’t join if you’ve had certain past treatments, brain issues, or stomach problems that affect medicine absorption. Your organs must be healthy, and you should not have active hepatitis.
  • Study Length: The study is ongoing with multiple parts, so participation time may vary.
  • Compensation: There might be compensation, but details are specific to the study location.
  • Risks and Visits: Risks include possible side effects, needing regular doctor visits for monitoring.
