This study is designed to see if a new medicine called LB-102 is safe and works well for adults with schizophrenia, a mental illness that affects how a person thinks, feels, and acts. It is for those who are not happy with their current medicine or who have finished earlier studies with LB-102.

To join, you must be stable, meaning your symptoms are not severe, and you must have been taking other schizophrenia medicine for at least 30 days. You must be healthy overall and have a stable home. You cannot join if you have certain serious health problems, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have other mental health disorders.

  • Duration: Study lasts 52 weeks.
  • Eligibility: Must be stable and on current medication for at least 30 days.
  • Exclusions: Serious health issues or other mental diagnoses disqualify participation.
