Phase 2
This clinical study is testing a combination of two medicines, **QCZ484** and **inclisiran**, on people with **hypertension** (high blood pressure) and **hypercholesterolemia** (high cholesterol). The study will help understand how these medicines affect the body. It will last up to **12 months** and includes three parts: screening, treatment, and follow-up. - In the screening part, doctors will check if participants meet all the requirements through two visits. - During the treatment part, participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the combination of medicines, one of the medicines, or a placebo (a pill with no medicine) on the first day. - After treatment, participants can choose to continue in a safety follow-up or join an open-label study where they know what medicine they are receiving. The study is open to adults aged **18 to 75** who have high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Participants should not have serious conditions like **orthostatic hypotension** (a drop in blood pressure when standing) and must avoid certain medicines. The main goal is to check how safe and effective these medications are together. Participants will need to visit the study center for check-ups and follow guidelines during the study.
