This study tests a new medicine called Rezpegaldesleukin for people 12 years and older with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (AD), a skin condition causing red, itchy skin. The study is double-blind, meaning neither the doctors nor the participants know who gets the medicine or a placebo (a substance with no active ingredients) to compare results. The study lasts about 15 months.
To join, participants must have had AD for at least a year and tried other treatments that didn't work. Participants should not join if they have other skin conditions or serious infections, or have used certain medicines before.
- Study Length: About 15 months
