This study is about a new medicine called Cleminorexton, which is being tested to help people with Narcolepsy Type 1 (NT1) and Narcolepsy Type 2 (NT2). These are conditions that make people feel very sleepy during the day. NT1 can also cause cataplexy, a sudden loss of muscle strength. Cleminorexton is designed to act like orexin, a brain protein that helps keep people awake.
Key Points:
- Participants must be between 18-70 years old and willing to stop other narcolepsy medications during the study.
- The study checks for safety and effects of Cleminorexton on NT1 and NT2 symptoms.
- People with other illnesses causing daytime sleepiness or significant health problems can't join.
