Phase N/A

Parkinson's disease is a condition that affects the brain and causes problems with movement, like shaking and trouble with balance. This study is looking at two types of exercises, Tai Chi Therapy and Qi-Gong, to see which one helps people with early-stage Parkinson's better. Tai Chi and Qi-Gong are gentle exercises that focus on slow movements and breathing, which might help with balance and movement.

  • The study lasts 8 to 12 weeks.
  • Participants must be between 50 and 65 years old.
  • It's important to not be in another exercise program during the study.

If you decide to join, you'll be put into one of two groups randomly. Both groups will do their exercises regularly, and doctors will check how well the exercises help with movement and balance. By the end of the study, doctors will understand which exercise is more helpful for people with Parkinson's. This research could help find better ways to manage Parkinson's disease and improve the quality of life.
