This study looks at how well a drug named nipocalimab works and if it's safe for adults with a disease called Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy, or CIDP. CIDP is a condition where the immune system mistakenly attacks the nerves, causing weakness and numbness. The study compares nipocalimab to a placebo (a pill that looks like medicine but isn't) to see if it helps people stay healthy longer after they first get better with nipocalimab.
- Duration: The study involves different stages, and each stage could last several weeks or months.
- Eligibility: Participants must be adults (18+), diagnosed with CIDP, and meet other health criteria.
- Risks: Potential allergies to nipocalimab; discuss with your doctor.
