Phase 3

This study looks at using a new drug, zilovertamab vedotin, combined with some standard cancer drugs to treat diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), a type of blood cancer. The goal is to see if this combination helps patients live longer without their cancer growing compared to the standard treatment.

Eligibility: Participants must have confirmed DLBCL and not have received any prior treatment for it. They must be healthy enough to handle treatment and have certain heart and infection statuses.

  • The study involves taking a combination of drugs, including zilovertamab vedotin.
  • Participants cannot have certain medical conditions, such as active heart disease or other cancers.
  • Participants must not have taken a live vaccine within 30 days before starting the study.

The study aims to understand if adding zilovertamab vedotin to standard drugs can improve outcomes for people with DLBCL. It's important to consider personal health and any previous treatments when deciding to participate.
