This study is for adults with Crohn's Disease (CD) or Ulcerative Colitis (UC), which are diseases that cause redness and swelling in the digestive system. CD can make your belly hurt, cause diarrhea, tiredness, and weight loss, while UC affects the colon and rectum, causing bleeding and belly pain. The study aims to see if new treatments can help people with these diseases feel better. This includes two substudies that will test different combinations of drugs: *risankizumab* with either *trosunilimab* (ABBV-466) or *ABBV-701* (ABBV-7066). Participants will be randomly assigned to a treatment group and will have regular hospital or clinic visits to check the effect of the treatments through medical tests.
- Study involves regular hospital visits and various tests.
- Approximately 100 participants per treatment group at 400 global sites.
- Higher treatment burden compared to standard care.
