Phase 3

This study tests a new drug called BHV-1300 for adults with Graves' disease, a condition where the thyroid gland is overactive. The study aims to check if BHV-1300 is both safe and effective. People can join if they have Graves' disease confirmed by blood tests and have high thyroid activity. However, individuals cannot participate if their thyroid issues are not due to Graves' disease, have had certain thyroid treatments, or have other serious conditions.

  • Participants will be closely monitored for safety and effectiveness of the drug.
  • The study excludes those with recent thyroid treatments or severe thyroid-related eye disease.
  • Potential participants should consider the exclusion criteria, especially prior thyroid treatments or surgeries.
