Phase 3

This study is looking at how well two medicines work for people with certain types of blood cancer: chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL). These people have tried other treatments before that didn't work or stopped working. The two medicines being tested are called NX-5948 and pirtobrutinib. This study checks if these medicines are safe and if they help. CLL and SLL are blood and bone marrow diseases where the body makes too many abnormal white blood cells.

  • Participants need to have the right health levels and have tried at least one previous treatment.
  • People with certain heart problems or other specific health conditions won't be able to join.
  • The study may have other rules to join, and participants can discuss these with the study team.

The study looks for changes in the cancer after using the medicines and checks if there are any side effects. This information helps to decide if these medicines are good options for treating CLL/SLL. If you're interested, talk to your doctor to see if it's right for you.
