A Study to Evaluate the Safety, PK/PD of (OriCAR-017) in Subjects With RR/MM - RIGEL Study

Study on OriCAR-017 safety for patients with RR/MM - RIGEL Study.

Recruiting
18-75 years
All
Phase 1

This clinical study by Oricell Therapeutics in the US checks the safety and effects of a new cell product, OriCAR-017, for people with a type of blood cancer called multiple myeloma. Multiple myeloma is a cancer of the plasma cells, which are found in your bone marrow and help fight infections. The study has three parts: Phase I (tests different doses), Phase II (checks effectiveness), and Phase III (more testing on safety and effects). The goal is to find a safe dose and see how well it works. Participants will get an infusion (a way to give medicine directly into a vein) and be monitored for side effects and benefits. To join, you must be 18-75 years old, have certain levels of cancer proteins in your blood or urine, and be healthy enough for the treatment.

  • The study involves multiple visits and tests over time, so commitment is significant.
  • Participants must not be pregnant or have certain infections or conditions.
  • Participants will use effective birth control measures during and for 2 years after treatment.
