Vista PD Study is testing a new medication called VIM0423 for adults with Parkinson’s disease who still have troublesome tremors despite current medicine. Parkinson’s disease is a brain disorder that causes shaking, stiffness, and difficulty with walking, balance, and coordination. In this study, researchers want to see if VIM0423 can help reduce tremors, is safe to use, and improves daily life. Up to 80 participants will be included, split into two groups: one already on Parkinson's medicine and another not using any. Participants may take up to 5 pills daily for 7 weeks. The study lasts up to 12 weeks, including 6 visits to the study site. Participants will be monitored with medical tests and wearable devices. They will also report their experiences with the treatment.
- Total study time is up to 12 weeks with 6 visits.
- Participants will either receive VIM0423 or a placebo (a pill with no active medicine).
- Study includes medical tests and use of a wearable device.
