Parkinson's Disease (PD) is a brain condition causing symptoms like tremors and stiffness. This study checks how well a drug called Foslevodopa/Foscarbidopa helps people with advanced PD. This drug is already approved for treating PD. Around 100 adults, aged 18 to 80, will join from about 40 places worldwide. They will use the medicine as their doctor prescribes, through a subcutaneous infusion (a way to deliver medicine under the skin) for up to 6 months.
Key Points:
- No extra medical exams needed, but you and your caregiver must fill out questionnaires about how you're doing.
- To join, you should not have used certain treatments like Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) or other specific therapies before.
- Being able to use an electronic device for data entry is necessary.
Participants must not have certain skin conditions or participate in other trials. Before starting, you need to sign a consent form. This study helps us understand how this treatment affects everyday life for those with PD.
