- Who Can Join: Children, teens, and young adults with sickle cell disease can participate.
- What’s Involved: Participants will be part of a registry, meaning their health information is collected for research.
- Exclusions: People with other types of inherited anemia cannot take part.
This study does not involve any experimental treatments, so participants will not receive new medications or therapies as part of this research. It aims to gather valuable data to help understand sickle cell disease better over time. If you're eligible and interested, these points should help you decide whether to participate.
