Phase 0

Multiple System Atrophy (MSA) is a disease that affects the brain and body functions. It gets worse over time and can make it hard for people to move and control their body. ALT001 is a new treatment being tested to help with MSA. This study is to see if ALT001 is safe and works well. ALT001 is given through a needle in the arm, called an intravenous infusion. People in the study will get this treatment for 14 days, three times. Doctors will check how the patients are doing during and after the treatment.

  • The study will last about 6 months, including treatment and follow-up.
  • Participants will have visits for tests and checks during the treatment cycles.
  • Participants must be between 30 and 75 years old and able to walk at least 10 meters.

It's important to know that joining this study means agreeing to regular visits and tests. If you have certain other health issues, you may not be able to participate. This research is approved and safe, with informed consent required.
