Phase N/A

This study aims to see which medicine, benzhexol or procyclidine, works better for reducing tremors in people with a type of Parkinson's disease that mainly causes shaking. Tremors are shaking movements that you cannot control. Parkinson's disease is a brain disorder that affects movement. The study will be done on adults aged 40 to 70 who already use a medicine called levodopa for their condition. Participants will get either benzhexol or procyclidine along with levodopa. The study checks how well these medicines work and what side effects they might cause. Doctors will assess participants' tremors before starting the treatment, and then again at 2 weeks, 3 months, and 6 months. This study will take place at Mayo Hospital in Lahore.

  • Participants will be in the study for around 6 months.
  • There will be several check-ups to monitor progress.
  • Participants should not have certain health issues like heart problems or eye conditions.
