SKL35501 With SKL35502 Imaging in Adults With NTSR1 Positive Advanced Solid Tumors

Study on SKL35501 and SKL35502 for advanced solid tumors.

Phase 1

This study is for adults with advanced solid tumors, which are cancers that have spread beyond their original location. The study uses two special agents. The first, SKL35502, is an imaging agent that helps doctors see where the cancer is using a type of scan called SPECT (Single Photon Emission Computed Tomography). The second, SKL35501, is a treatment that delivers radiation directly to cancer cells that have a specific protein called neurotensin receptor 1 (NTSR1). This is a Phase 1 study, meaning it is the first step in testing if these agents are safe and effective.

  • The study requires various scans and tests to check how well the agents work and their safety.
  • Participants may need to follow certain rules about contraception to ensure safety.
  • There are specific health conditions and treatments that may prevent someone from joining the study.

Before joining, participants should discuss with their doctor to understand the potential benefits and risks, including any side effects and the time commitment required.
